My client, a rapidly expanding environmental organisation, is looking for an HR Manager to join their talented team who has experience in the renewables industry.

Reporting into the CEO, the HR manager will manage all general HR for the small but growing business.
Responsibilities include:
Liaise with the finance controller to manage staff pension, payroll and tax matters
Manage the benefits, incentives with the remuneration committee
Organize initiatives that promote the well-being of the company employees.
Supervise, when requested, the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents related to personnel management (drafting of employment contracts etc).
Guarantee the application of social regulations and legal obligations within the company.
Participation in other HR activities depending on the specific needs.
Liaise with and assist the staff shadow board reporting back to the Board of Directors
Implement and manage the day-to-day HR software platform related to time management, Project reporting, resource allocation, employment related documentation
Assist legal counsel and advise the board on any employment legal matters or issues
Assist with the resource management and strategy associated to fast-paced expansion in the UK and other international territories
Management of the complete recruitment process in accordance with the company policies and budget
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and internal rules of the business in the UK
Support activities related to training, performance appraisal and people development
Manage the HR development of employees in across the company offices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree or Degree in Human Resources (CIPD qualification preferred)
5-10 years of human resources experience (energy sector experience)
Significant experience of managing recruitment & hiring processes.
Ability to work in an international organisation.
MS Office proficiency
