Are you an experienced project manager accustomed to utilising specialized software? Do you want to work for a business that is setting the standard with its cutting-edge technologies? To join the remote team working on behalf of our customer in the UK, we are now seeking a project manager.

The role

You will plan and oversee every phase of the project delivery life cycle in your position as project manager. The target market includes a significant number of large, complicated businesses with a global presence. The seamless delivery of technology solution projects that span numerous territories, various client business groups, and frequently include multiple delivery partners is a crucial success element for expanding into these target customers. You will participate in the pre-sale’s environment using strong commercial awareness to manage project onboarding and move the project toward a successful finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, resourcing, and maintaining control of projects
• Controlling projects with a robust governance framework
• Managing resource planning, team assembly and utilisation
• Delivering projects on time, to budget and with minimal disruption
• Creating project roadmaps, schedules, and releases
• Building customer confidence and buy-in
• Managing client expectations and ensuring consistent communication

The requirements

You’ll have a software/automotive Project Management background with a passion for travel, emerging technologies, innovation, and an in-depth understanding of delivering software projects, as well as…

• A formal Project Management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2, Scrum or SAFe
• In-depth knowledge of project and governance frameworks
• Understanding of Jira and Confluence is desired
• Cooperative working attitude and positive
• Strong relationship-building and management skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experienced in managing complex software
• Proven success managing end-to-end projects
