Our client is a leading Property management organisation. Next Best Move has been instructed on finding a Senior Facilities Manager position in the city. The core duties will include:
- Responsible to drive operations and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organisational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all building management strategies.
- Implementation and maintenance of scope of works, PPM schedules and relevant data collection from contractors.
- Provide leadership and direction. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting annual performance reviews, regular 121s and team meetings.
- Daily walk rounds of offices to ensure that meeting rooms/breakout area furniture layouts are kept in order.
- Ensure walkways/corridors are kept free of obstructions.
- Reports of walkarounds to be documented and saved.
- Fully understand and manage the business by effectively using MI reports, assessing individual results, and developing specific actions directly related to the management of the building and clients.
- Customer engagement must be a point of differentiation aimed at quality, ideas, acknowledgement and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal brand and customer.
- Set high expectations for results and hold the contract maintenance team accountable to the measurable KPI scores associated
The ideal candidate will be experienced in single-site management, especially within client-facing roles. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- Strong team player
- Sounds IT Skills
- Physically fit for Lifting, Walking, Pushing, etc.
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Customer Focused
- Good Communicator
- Positive Attitude
- Self-Motivated
