Our client is searching for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives.
- Monitoring sales activity and providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborating with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Providing training and coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Developing and maintaining sales budgets and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications.
