A highly specialised opportunity has emerged within a market leading Private Healthcare Company. They are seeking a socially minded individual to join who has a 360 view of brand marketing and campaigns, someone who desires leading social marketing but dabble in the broader marketing campaigns of the business.

An ideal candidate will be working closely with the Head of Brand, to support in conceptualising and achieving an ambitious social and brand strategy to grow brand awareness whilst retaining their current customer base. At the heart of this role lies the responsibility of executing social-first marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, from organic and paid social to influencer marketing and onsite activations, as well as being the owner of their organic and paid social channels.

It is crucial to the role that the chosen candidate is confident both creating and briefing content for social channels as well as being passionate and knowledgeable about the ever-evolving social media landscape. An understanding of platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram Reels as well as video editing is a requirement! If the candidate is familiar with Pinterest, then that would be a big positive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creative content pipeline for paid marketing channels
  • Assist in producing larger brand shoots, working closely with the broader creative team to bring concepts to fruition whilst ensuring the content created can be utilised across multiple platforms
  • Support the development of a creative and ambitious social media strategy to boost growth and engagement across all channels, including creating up new channels
  • Video editing for social content, either using in-app tools or external software
  • Contribute to group brainstorms and idea generation for content, brand initiatives and campaigns
  • Support in the reporting of all channels and social campaigns with a critical analytical eye, providing data-driven recommendations to the wider team
  • Produce Image and video content for social channels utilising the in-house content studio
  • supporting PR outreach and activity, from compiling look books to sending product out
  • Assist management the network of influencers, recommending collaborators for launches and keeping in touch with their biggest brand ambassadors
  • Be in charge of the Social Media Community Coordinator and aim to help this colleague develope to maximise their potential

Additional Responsibilities

  • Be a brand guardian, protecting and building on the brand’s image of the organisation
  • Manage freelance content support where necessary
  • Occasionally cover social channels for other brands in the group
  • Ensure they highly aware and are effectively reactive to events they know their customer cares about

Required Skills

  • Significant level of relevant experience gained within a D2C business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • You have some experience in marketing channels outside of social, including traditional PR
  • Especially organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple work streams at once
  • Enjoys working collaboratively but with the ability work independently
  • Significant level of relevant experience gained within a D2C business
  • You live and breathe social media and know what works in that space
  • Skill to develop a good understanding of the brand and customer
