IT Support Engineer required to join a Private Healthcare Company organisation based in West End. The chosen candidate will join an experienced IT team providing day to day support and maintenance of IT Systems.

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for effective support, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

This will a highly differing role where the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with and support a wide range of IT Infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software etc.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience of maintaining IT within a similar environment with awareness of the overall workings of an ICT Department; priorities, relationships and technical terminology used.
• High level communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience in hardware, software maintenance within an office environment.
• Good experience in with M365 stack
• VMWare knowledge
• Experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders
• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally two plus years IT Support/Engineering/administration.
• Active Directory Experience
• Potent organisation skills
