IT Manager

Our client is looking for a senior IT manager to support the Director of IT in delivering a 5-year roadmap (Azure migration) and operational requirements.

Hybrid working (Central London)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of all applications
• Escalation point for all technical issues
• Attend management meetings and provide technical updates to operational teams
• Liaise with third party support partners
• Lead and mentor a small team of technicians
• Deputise in the absence of the director

Skills & Experience:

• Good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365, including Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Experienced with Windows server Hyper-V, group policy and AD
• Previously managed technical projects end to end and able to demonstrate good stakeholder management
• Strong networking experience (VLANS, network convergence and Wi-Fi)
• 3+ years’ experience with Opera PMS desirable
