Based in Central London, this hybrid role offers the chance to make a real difference in a non-profit environment. You’ll be key to ensuring the charity’s finances are effectively managed by monitoring cash flow and handling accounts receivables. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection of debts
- Resolve invoice queries and reconcile accounts
- Liaise with donors and partners to handle payment issues professionally
- Produce regular reports on aged debt and collections
- Monitor customer accounts and credit limits
- Support the finance team with month-end processes and related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in credit control, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and empathetic approach to managing financial relationships
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
