Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection of debts
  • Resolve invoice queries and reconcile accounts
  • Liaise with donors and partners to handle payment issues professionally
  • Produce regular reports on aged debt and collections
  • Monitor customer accounts and credit limits
  • Support the finance team with month-end processes and related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in credit control, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to managing financial relationships
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
