We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading business consultancy, for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic Central London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced consultancy environment, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies and driving organisational success.

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business needs, develop HR solutions, and implement strategic initiatives that foster growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in succession planning, workforce planning, and addressing skills gaps.
  • Manage complex employee relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
  • Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures, cultural transformations, and process improvements.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coach and mentor managers to build leadership capacity and improve team performance.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead HR projects that drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with strong ER case management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management projects and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge, coach, and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical ability to use HR data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
