We are searching for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading membership organisation in Central London. You will provide vital support to the finance department while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the membership fee processing and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and members to resolve queries.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
