Next Best Move Recruitment is seeking a skilled Temporary Credit Controller for a reputable charity based in Central London. This 3-month contract offers the opportunity to work within a charitable organisation, where you will play a key role in maintaining efficient credit control processes while ensuring that the charity’s financial obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the collection of overdue payments from donors and partners
  • Handle invoicing, payment reconciliation, and account management
  • Monitor aged debt and report on outstanding balances
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues
  • Ensure accurate financial records are maintained, including updating systems and tracking payments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in credit control or financial administration, preferably within the charity sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
