Head of Finance

A dynamic financial services company in Central London is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead its finance team and drive financial performance. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with strong leadership skills and experience in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure regulatory compliance with FCA and other industry standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Deliver insightful financial reporting to the board and executive team.
Ideal Candidate:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 8+ years of experience in financial services.
Proven track record in financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
Strong understanding of FCA regulations and reporting requirements.
