You will be employed by a reputable London-based luxury retail brand. They are currently seeking to hire a new HR and Recruitment Administrator on a permanent basis to join the team as soon as feasible due to recent changes in the team.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR and Recruitment Administrator is as follows:

  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume HR department is advantageous
  • Full employee life-cycle including on-boarding/off-boarding/contracts/offer letters
  • Payroll coordination
  • Recruitment administration

Profile

The successful HR and Recruitment Administrator will possess the following:

  • Proven work experience in HR & Recruitment Administration
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and at pace
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate

  • Hours of work: 9.00am – 5.30pm
