We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected membership organisation, for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in the vibrant West End. This role offers the chance to influence and shape HR strategies while partnering with senior stakeholders to support the organisation’s mission and objectives.
You’ll be responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and supporting organisational growth through effective HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to identify business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Drive key initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, and addressing skills gaps.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases, including grievance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
- Lead on change management projects, including restructures and cultural development initiatives.
- Develop and embed HR policies and processes that align with organisational goals and values.
- Support and coach managers to enhance leadership capabilities and drive engagement.
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform and influence strategic decision-making.
- Manage and deliver HR projects that contribute to organisational success.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a membership organisation or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with a proven ability to handle complex ER cases.
- Experience in leading organisational change and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge, coach, and build trust effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
