IT “Documentation” assistant to work with our IT team and IT Projects.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
* Responsibilities include working with colleagues to ensure the consistency of documentation, training employees, document
* usage, producing documentation and organizing documents across the organization.
* Assist in the creation, control of documents, and ensure they are organized and easily accessible. 

*Effectively able to continuously improve of our documentation, project, and control documentation.
* Document internal business processes, SharePoint, and control processes, and create Training and instructional material.
* The above key responsibilities/accountabilities are non-exhaustive, and the job holder may be asked to carry out additional duties or projects as required by the Organisation.
* Typically develop manuals, how-to guides, SharePoint help sections, journal articles, and other technical information content.
* To instruct users on use of IT systems and services.
* To assist IT Manager with achieving the overall project rollout while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Person Specification
Personal Qualities Qualifications / Experience required
* Excellent soft skills, communication etiquette (written, verbal and listening), coordination and organisational skills.
* Experience in Project coordination, IT projects, Business Processes, IT Support.
* The ability to train or instruct and create documentation (technical, processes and instruction).
* Previous Training experience would be beneficial to the role.
* Previous experience or 2nd line proficient.

* Proficient with most mainstream ICT, has good MS
