This international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join them as a result of their ongoing success and growth. We are now excited to support the hiring of a Project Manager to help with the completion of several strategic or operational projects after also receiving an award for Best Law Firm for Legal Tech. 

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager 

  • Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business in achieving their desired business outcomes 
  • Proactively identifying and managing project risks 
  • Conducting project wash-ups and creating recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements 
  • Drafting and submitting business cases, taking into consideration the holistic people, process and technology change required to deliver on the desired strategic goals & business outcomes 
  • Developing and managing integrated project plans, including the identification and management of inter-dependencies and the critical path 
  • Delivering progress reports, proposals, and presentations to ensure that key governance forums and stakeholders can make effective decisions, in a timely manner and that critical risks and issues are escalated as appropriate 
  • Embedding a focus on benefits management and the delivery of associated business outcomes 

Skills & Attributes of the Project Manager 

  • A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda 
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating with strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills 
  • The ability to work autonomously and to schedule own resource appropriately, whilst playing an active and constructive part in the team 
  • Technical expertise in project management 
  • A full and complete understanding of the technical project life cycle to facilitate the tangible delivery of business benefits and outcomes 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication allied with proven client relationship and stakeholder management skills
