Marketing Manager

Our client are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that will drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support company goals and objectives.
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all channels and platforms.
• Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving marketing goals.
