- Manage the planning and execution of events, webinars, and client-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and client retention goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client-centric messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to inspire and manage a small team.
