We have an urgent opportunity for a talented Office Administrator to join a rapidly expanding retail brand. With ambitious plans to launch over 50 new stores alongside a cutting-edge e-commerce platform, this is an exciting time to become part of their journey. The role is based at their Central London Head Office, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and managing communication for the Senior Management Team, including logging and filtering calls and emails.
  • Assist with compliance, HR tasks, and finance-related duties.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including compiling ad hoc reports and managing various projects.
  • Draft and distribute communications via email and letters to suppliers, stores, and stakeholders.
  • Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or operations, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent telephone manners and exceptional customer service skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable team player, willing to assist with a variety of tasks.
  • A well-spoken, friendly individual who is eager to contribute to the team’s success.

This full-time office-based position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible, ideally in January 2025.
