We are looking for an Office Manager with a go-getter and positive attitude, or an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in their career. This role offers huge career progression within the company! 

THE ROLE: 

  • General office administration tasks such as post distribution, photocopying and scanning documents. 
  • Arranging meeting rooms for clients. 
  • Providing support for other administrative functions. Previous experience within the tax industry or credit control is a bonus, but not essential. 
  • Being the face of the company including meeting and greeting clients, taking calls and emails, and dealing with them in a professional and timely manner.

THE PERSON: 

  • Go-getter with a can-do and positive attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves to get involved with different aspects of business, with no tasks being too big or small. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to pick up new soft wares and processes quickly. 
  • Experience as an Office Manager, or an administrator looking to take the next step in their career.
