Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client’s team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing executives’ schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Maintaining and organizing files and records.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents.
- Conducting research on various topics as needed.
- Assisting with special projects and events.
- Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails, processing expenses, and coordinating meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
