Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client’s team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our executive team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing executives’ schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Maintaining and organizing files and records.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence and documents.
  • Conducting research on various topics as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects and events.
  • Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails, processing expenses, and coordinating meetings.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
