Responsibilities:

  • Providing training and coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Developing and maintaining sales budgets and forecasts.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
