Nigel is an award-winning consultant, with over 15 years of experience. Nigel’s accomplishments include developing and growing successful Accountancy and Practice desks in Central London for one of the UK’s largest global recruitment agencies. Nigel has since gone on to manage and grow recruitment teams, supporting the placement of hundreds of graduates and candidates with professional qualifications across global organisations, established SMEs, the Public sector, Not for profit and start–ups.    

Born and raised in East London, Nigel gained an International Business Studies degree from the University of Portsmouth, going on to gain extensive experience working across recruitment, account management, and customer services. He Nigel is dedicated to perfecting his recruitment craft and has developed Next Best Moves’ unique methods of finding candidates using custom Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and specialist headhunting techniques acquired over his career. With a passion for recruitment, people, charity and naturally being helpful, Nigel is dedicated to helping candidates find their next best career move.
