Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain the purchase and sales ledger, processing expenses and receipts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve any financial queries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or financial role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
