Head Of IT

We are working with a top change management firm, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of IT and Digital Transformation. The position will be a part of the leadership team, develop the business’ digital strategy, and enhance existing procedures. The role will be divided 60/40 between management and operational responsibilities, and the post holder will also oversee a staff of five people. 

Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office  – Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

£67,000 – £77,000 per annum + Great Benefits

Head of IT and Digital Transformation’s Core Duties 

• Define the company’s digital transformation strategy 
• Lead and manage the IT & AV teams to ensure all systems / services are effective / resilient 
• Integrate systems and provide enhanced customer experiences 
• Maintain cyber security to ensure Cyber Essentials Plus certification is achieved 
• Lead on achieving the company’s technological aspirations globally 

Head of IT and Digital Transformation’s Key Skills 

• IT / Computing degree with higher-level IT qualification 
• Substantial experience managing a Team at a senior level 
• Experienced with enterprise-level applications (SharePoint, Exchange, MS SQL Server) – desirable 
• Understanding of an organisation’s goals and aspirations – desirable 
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws – desirable 
• Significant experience facilitating digital transformation within an organisation 
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Solution orientated 
• Highly effective leadership and management skills 
• Solid project management experience 
• Strong industry experience and technical knowledge 
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) – desirable
